TRAINING

Herrenknecht offers hands-on training directly on the machine as well as online training to optimally prepare your personnel for on-site tasks. Training modules cover mechanics, hydraulics, electronics, and operations at various qualification levels as needed.

INSTALLATION SERVICES

With proven expertise in transport, assembly, and commissioning of tunnelling systems, we provide seamless planning and execution tailored to your project requirements. Customized packages and comprehensive project management ensure that the TBM is ready on schedule.

SPARE AND WEAR PARTS

Tunnel boring machines require adequately supplied spare and wear parts for optimal performance. We support with spare and wear parts planning, selection, and delivery, ensuring efficient warehousing and stock optimization.

EXCAVATION TOOLS

Herrenknecht manufactures excavation tools for soft ground as well as disc cutters, offering expert consultation on selection and replacement. Wear assessment systems enable precise predictions, ensuring timely excavation tool changes and protecting the cutterhead´s steel structure.

TBM LIFECYCLE MANAGEMENT

The final breakthrough marks a project highlight, but work continues to complete remaining tasks. Herrenknecht provides inspection, refurbishment, and rebuilding services with full transparency, ensuring quality, safety, and reliability.
